If you still want the exchange, you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a returnt in any official channel, in accordance with the Consumer Protection policy. We will send you a form that you will need to be filled for us to start the process. 

Remember that the exchange or return will only be made if the product:

• Has no signs of use, washing, modifications (adjustments, cuts, etc...) or odor.
• It's sent in the original packaging, accompanied by an invoice, with tags properly attached to the product and all its accessories (stickers, inserts and/or gifts), exactly as you received it.
• It's properly packed so that it does not suffer any damage during transport.
