If you still want the exchange,return or refund you have 30 calendar days from receipt to request it on any official channel, in accordance with the Consumer Defense policy. We will send you a form that will need to be filled in for us to ask you to start the process.

Remember that the exchange, return or refund will only be made if the product:

• It has no signs of use, washing, modifications (adjustments, cuts, etc...) or odor.
• It is sent in the original packaging, accompanied by an invoice, with tags properly attached to the product and all its accessories (stickers, inserts and/or gifts), exactly as you received it.
• It is properly packed so that it does not suffer any damage during transport.
